Recipe of Bread麵包配方
Oil(salad oil or olive oil沙拉油或橄欖油): 20c.c西西
Salt鹽: 2g克
Sugar糖:30g克
Water水: 160cc西西
Egg蛋: 1個
Rice Flour在來米粉: 60g克
Whole Wheat Flour全麥麵粉: 50g克
High-gluten Flour高筋麵粉: 300g克
steamed sweet potato蒸熟的蕃薯一條:200g克
Baking powder發酵粉: 3g克
Butter植物奶油: 12g克
Burger Cheese起司片: 30g克(2片)
Cocoa Powder可可粉:10g克
Milk Powder奶粉:10g克
slice steamed sweet potato蒸熟的蕃薯切片以便攪拌
finally you will get a dough like this最後後變成一團麵團
put the dough in oven, keep the temperature at around 30 degree Celsius, for 6 to 7 hours取出麵團放入烤箱中保持溫度約30度C, 放置6~7小時等它發酵
the dough will be much bigger after it is fermented.麵團發酵完成後體積膨脹不少
add the vegetable or meat with flavor in a dough把小麵團以手捏開, 加入蔬菜肉類等你想添加的內餡, 加上鹽巴等調味料
make the dough as a ball shape麵團捏成一個圓形
bake at 200 degree Celsius for 20 minutes最後以200度C烤約20分鐘即完成
